ELIMINATING CORROSION UNDER INSULATION (CUI)

Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) has been an issue of concern amongst the oil and gas industry. It destroys insulation so easily and causes a lot of corrosion on the insulated pipes. It costs company owners a lot of money in maintenance thereby reducing their ROI digits. The device installed at the 6’oclock areaof this insulated pipe is called H20BVIOUS. It is used in compacting CUI, by detecting any link in an insulated media, thereby offering a head up approach in eliminating CUI.

INSULATION AND COATING SERVICES

Application of our ceramic based insulation insulation coating on a tank roof. This product reflects away 99% of the solar gain, making the product inside the tank to remain at ambient temperature. This product is used for thermal insulation, anti-condensation for lines, acoustic and personnel protection. It does not give room for CUI. This product allows direct access for inspection of the lines without unmasking anything, unlike the conventional insulation.

BLASTING AND SPRAYING SERVICES

Liquid Energy carry out blasting and spraying of a BOP support structure. Exhibiting one of its competence.

PRE-QUALIFICATION TEST (PQT)

Liquid Energy conducting Pre-Qualification Tests (PQT) to ascertain the integrity of a product for the intended use making sure all the parameters for acceptance are met and are within the ACC limit, like the Cathodic Disbondments (CD) Adhesion Test, DFT, and Holiday. Not undermining the application process that could affect the above parameters e.g surface profile/cleanliness, weather condition, substrate temperature, air quality Dust level, Chloride level and the applicator’s craftmanship, etc.

SITE INSPECTION

Liquid Energy team reviews the JHA at work site making sure all the items on our checklist for confine space are met. Also caring out gas testing to ascertain the level of oxygen and other gases that might impose danger in the tank making sure all fall within the ACC limit before our team could enter the tank for a cleaning/lining job.
